1. Our website is primarily catered towards servicing people within the 50 states of United States of America. With that said, we do ship most of our products internationally. If you are outside the US and you desire to purchase from us, then please email me your order (send email to TurtlecreekStore@gmail.com) and I will in turn email you a PayPal invoice with the total cost of the purchase, including shipping. From there you can decide whether or not you would like to purchase the items. 2. We do not guarantee that your purchase will be shipped immediately. We often make our products from scratch upon the placement of an order. Thus order fulfillment may take time. We give ourselves about 7-14 days to complete and ship an order. But for the most part, we have been able to fulfill and ship orders within 3 to 4 days. We plan to email you the day we ship your order to you. 3. We do not currently offer Express shipping. 4. We reserve the right to use any shipping method seems fit to ship your purchases. The customer can request a special shipping method, but they should also be ready to pay any extra cost for this requested method. Even upon the request of a customer, we still maintain the final decision on which shipping method to use.
Changes to Orders
As soon as we begin to process your order, it will probably be very difficult to change your order without incurring extra charges. If you see any mistakes or would like to alter your order, then please notify us as soon as possible, especially within 24 hours of noticing an error in your order. After this time period we may not be able to easily make changes to your order. In any event you must always be ready to pay any appropriate charges in order to see your change fulfilled.
If you are unhappy with the product then you can get a full refund on the product if you notify us within 14 days of the purchase. The only products exempt from this are cosmetic and personalized items (i.e. a product that has your name or a specially requested inscription on it). To receive your refund simply ship the item back to us at your expense and we will refund you the full amount that you paid for item (including the tax if it was collected). Only items in good condition will receive a full refund.
